Equity & Advocacy in Women’s Healthcare

While healthcare is a basic human right, it is rife with inequities that reach far beyond the doctor’s office. For women – and particularly women of color – the equity gap continues to show up nationally in our healthcare systems; and intersect locally in our communities, education systems, and even our workplaces. The path to creating greater healthcare equity for women of color requires collaboration and advocacy from a multitude of sectors for true change to happen. In this panel with key stakeholders at the nexus of healthcare and diversity, equity & inclusion, we’ll explore the steps we need to collectively take to advance progress in this vital space.
