Fam-Lay (born Nathaniel. Johnson) is an artist, manager, and media mogul from Norfolk, Virginia. He initially gained notoriety for being one of the first artists to sign to Pharrell Williams' Star Trak imprint. Before releasing his own material, he appeared on various Neptunes-related projects, including the Clipse's debut album Lord Willin' and The Neptunes' compilation The Neptunes Present…Clones in 2003, which featured his song "Rock 'N Roll." The song's remix and video featuring Lil Flip gained heavy rotation on MTV Jams.
