Jay is the Vice President for Investments and New Ventures at Combs Enterprises, the portfolio of companies and investments owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs. In Jay’s role, he invests in early-stage companies, incubates & launches new businesses, and strategically acquires businesses.
Prior to joining Combs Enterprises, Jay led growth strategy and transformation projects at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He has also previously worked in finance and began his career at a middle and high school teacher in New York City with Teach for America.
Jay founded FuelGood Protein, a health & wellness company, and Civitas, a govtech platform. He invests and advises early-stage companies in the consumer, healthcare, fintech, and arts spaces.
Jay is based in Los Angeles with his wife and two young children. Jay is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Kennedy School, and The Wharton School.
