Charles Rasputin is a creative director, multimedia artist and curator that develops work, exhibitions and events for space-making public viewership and cultural consumption. An ardent activist with a background in subversive messaging & political strategy, he is an expert on weaponizing media & art to combat or facilitate cultural radicalization and to expose disparity and ineptitude in action in our government and society at large. A self taught artist, as well as a community organizer and a 25 year veteran of the war on drugs, Charles is the creator of the NEON District, the Virginia Cannabis Club and the owner and creator of The Slowdive Gallery in Norfolk, Virginia.
