In 2021, The SpringHill Company assembled a transformational investment group including RedBird Capital, Fenway Sports Group, Nike, and Epic Games with the strategic investment valuing the company at $725 million. With an extensive background in marketing and business development, Carter was instrumental in building LRMR Ventures and in securing James’ lifetime deal with Nike, the first in the company’s history. Building on a long-time partnership with Fenway Sports Group, Carter became a partner in the historic company in 2021.
