Jose Monsanto is the SVP of Operations & Sustainability and a member of the senior Management Committee at CHANEL, Inc. He leads all supply chain functions, including manufacturing and package development, distribution center operations, quality and logistics, and also oversees Facilities Management & Asset Protection, Procurement, Customer Care, After Sales Services and Sustainability, for the U.S. In addition to his current role, Jose serves as the Senior Strategic Leader for Diversity & Inclusion at CHANEL and a board member of Fondation CHANEL.

Prior to joining the Brand in 2008, Jose held senior global roles in operations and supply chain with Avon Products and Toys R’Us, leading transformation initiatives that optimized processes for efficiency and waste reduction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a MBA. Jose’s primary focus throughout his career has been developing strong teams that work with a wide range of stakeholders while providing positive environmental and social impact.
