Speaker Bio
Inventor, investor, and a student of people, culture, and teams, Dominick Ard’is, has designed and directed accelerators, developed innovation programming across ecosystems in America, and transformed the minds of early stage founders for the past decade.

Starting his first company in 2012, and then consulting alongside a cadre of innovators for 5 of the Fortune 100 companies, his appetite for creation emerged again when he started the ACT House, a b-corp that helps innovators find their innovation identity, their tribe to create with, and accelerating their dreams into the market. This is where Dominick invented the ACT Model - a proprietary team model and assessment to accelerate connection, collaboration, and creation amongst team, innovators, and founders.

Alongside a dynamic team of Architects, Creatives, and Techies, Dominick architect ACT House’s $5 million accelerator - ACT Tulsa - that has invested in 26 Black and Latino-led startups in the past 18 months, while serving as managing partner of ACT Venture,s a subsidiary of ACT House, INC.

Speaking on domestic, international, and metaverse stages, Dominick’s work has been celebrated for his models of diversity centered around ethnicity, expertise, and experience for organizations. His models of personal transformation exude long-lasting impact, all centered around the mantra of ‘getting 2% better’ everyday.

Dominick is a proud HBCU grad of Florida A&M University, and holds two graduate degrees from Florida State University. Always loving and enjoying the intersection of creativity and cross-cultural collaboration, Dominick is also a proud summer graduate of Middlebury College’s language immersion programs where he learned to speak Hebrew and Arabic, with French and Spanish on the horizon. Fundamentally, Dominick is provoked by the notion to love God, love people, and serve the community. It’s not good enough to just think different–you must ACT different.
